Cancellation
I do not take deposits on appointments to make booking as streamlined as possible. However, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before a scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or attend an appointment will incur a charge of the full appointment fee. Any client that 'no shows' will be asked to pay a deposit towards future appointments.
Late Arrival
I do my best to accommodate late arrivals where possible but clients that are more than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled. This may mean waiting longer to be seen at an opening later in the day or to a different day if necessary.
ID Required
All clients require photo ID. All clients must be 16+.

Clients Only
The piercing room is small and therefore only the client is permitted in the room during the piercing appointment. Exclusions only apply in the event that a guardian, carer or chaperone needs to be present.
No filming
No client is permitted to film during their appointment.
Anatomy
Some piercings (e.g. industrial piercings) are anatomy dependent, meaning they may not be able to be performed safely if the anatomy to support it is not there. We are all different and this is nothing to be ashamed of. I would rather suggest an alternative placement or turn you away than get you to pay for a piercing that won't last.
Age Restrictions
All clients must bring photo ID.
All piercing clients must be 16+ and available piercings are limited to:
- With photo ID only
- Ear lobe
- Nostril
- With parent present & photo ID for parent & child:
- Ear cartilage*
- Eyebrow*
- Navel*
- Septum*
*Clients under 18 must have a parent/legal guardian present and both parent and child must have photo ID. In the case of mismatching surnames, please bring a copy of the child's birth certificate/proof of guardianship.
Clients must be 18+ for all other body piercings.
Please note: Any receiving a nipple piercing must be offered a same-gender chaperone, therefore availability to book these depends on the availability for a chaperone. Please indicate your gender upon booking so this can be arranged.
