All stock is stored at the studio and where possible orders are dispatched the same day. However, this is not possible when not at work so any orders placed from Friday afternoon-Tuesday are typically dispatched on Wednesday. For this reason, please allow 3-5 days to receive your order.
Please note that orders with add on services such as sterilisation may take an additional 1-2 working days to be dispatched.

All UK orders are sent first class and are typically received 1-2 working days after dispatch.
