In this video I discuss repiercing in the exact same spot. While repiercing is generally fine assuming the piercing is completely healed up, there aren’t any funny lumps or bumps and it’s not overloaded with scar tissue, it may hurt a little more (which is why I avoid repiercing if I can). I don’t recommend piercing in the same spot more than 3 times in total.
