Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on body jewellery unless the item is faulty, in which case we will exchange it for you or issue a refund if this is not possible. If you have an issue with your order please email support[@]holeheartedldn[.]com and I will do my best to help.

Rings can be exchanged for a different size, but return postage will not be paid. Please email support[@]holeheartedldn[.]com to initiate an exchange.

Cancelling Orders

In some circumstances orders can be cancelled before they’re dispatched, however this is not always possible as many orders are shipped as and when they’re placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please email support[@]holeheartedldn[.]com.

Custom Orders (Including back orders and anodised orders)

Custom/back orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, but the credit may be able to be applied to your account depending on what stage your order is at and depending on the level of customisation ordered. Anodised orders cannot be cancelled once anodised. Please email support[@]holeheartedldn[.]com to see what stage your order is at.

Deposits

All deposits placed are non-refundable, but in some cases they may be transferable to other items or redeemed as store credit.

Deposits on regular orders (not custom in any way) are non-refundable, but can be transferred to other items or redeemed as store credit.

Deposits placed on custom/back orders cannot be refunded, but the credit may be able to be applied to your account depending on what stage your order is at and depending on the level of customisation ordered.
